Refund policy

At Silverly Vogue, we take great care to ensure that every product delivered to you meets our highest quality standards. As all our jewellery items are hygienic products crafted with precision, we maintain a strict return and replacement policy.


1. Return Window

We offer a 2-day return or replacement window from the date of delivery.

Any request raised after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.


2. Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

A return or replacement request will only be accepted if the product meets one of the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged at the time of delivery

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

No other reasons will qualify for return or replacement.


3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any return or replacement request, a proper unboxing video is compulsory.

The unboxing video must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be a continuous, uncut video

  • It must clearly show the sealed package before opening

  • It must clearly show the package being opened

  • The product must be clearly visible

  • The issue or defect must be clearly shown in the same video

Without a valid and complete unboxing video, the return or replacement request will be automatically rejected.


4. Condition of Returned Product

For approval, the returned product must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original packaging

  • With all original tags, boxes, pouches and certificates intact

Any product returned in used, worn, damaged, altered or tampered condition will not be accepted.


5. Approval and Inspection Process

All return and replacement requests are subject to internal quality inspection after the product is received by us.

If the claim is approved after inspection, we may provide one of the following at our sole discretion:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A refund

This will depend on stock availability and internal approval.


6. Replacement Delivery Timeline

Approved replacement orders will be processed and delivered within 10 business days from the date of confirmation.


7. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund/Store Credit is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days after approval.


8. Non Returnable Items

The following items are strictly not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Products without a valid unboxing video

  • Used or damaged items due to customer handling

  • Products returned after the 2-day return window

  • Items purchased under sale, discount or special promotional offers


9. How to Raise a Request

To raise a return or replacement request, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID

  • A valid unboxing video
